Thank you for shopping with GlowKind Skin Care! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@glowkind.com with your order number and we'll work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
Multiple Shipments As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
